Main Article Content
Forced displacement, by far, is the worst humanitarian tragedy that our country has suffered. Our Armed Conflict has had a territorial dimension whose historical conditions sets specificities of the war and the humanitarian tragedy in which we live.
Situation which affected millions of Colombians is a problem rather than visible social and politically. The government has reacted to it with the implementation of multiple instruments of political, legal and administrative nature. The results have not been the best due to the nature of the interventions and the particularities of our armed conflict.
In this context, this article presents the results of a research effort that rescue the perceptions of people in displacement situation facing the implementation of public policy attention to the displaced population in the municipality of Buenaventura. The field work was developed by the Sociologist Nidia Playonero under the orientation of Carlos Gomez.
