This article derives from my doctoral thesis. It compiles a record of a pedagogical practice: an experiential laboratory of a living and endless process, which recognizes the social and values the natural. The participatory pedagogical model is focused on the student and enriched by exchanges of knowledge and experiences that strengthen the training of professionals and the personal growth of those who take part in it. Based on the academic practice, the author motivates to reflect, innovate, and reinvent conscious training processes in accordance with real times and contexts. All academic practice makes us transform ourselves and transform others.
