Social intervention and community organizations in Cali

This article presents the preliminary results of the "Social Intervention and Community Organizations in Cali" research project, conducted by the research group subjects and collective actions, of the School of Social Work at the Universidad del Valle. It describes the social service activities being carried out by community organizations in slope zones and the Distrito de Aguablanca, in Cali. A discussion is offered which seeks to highlight the key role played by locally-based social intervention processes.
