The Family Subsidy in Colombia was created by means of the Decree 118 of 1957. This one has presented a normative evolution up to the date very slightly studied, in spite of the social and political impact in the construction of the most just social frame of right and equitable for the personnel of the productive companies. The evolution of the same one has critics who adduce changes in the original trade name. Today the Family Subsidy and the corporate organization of the same one support force as companies of social benefit for the Colombian worker without the loss of the competitive capacity.
