The associations of water users: a participatory mechanism for the adequate management of water resources. Experience in the municipality of Dagua

Between the legal forms of organization and participation of the communities around the appropriate handling of the water, the associations of users of water like an alternative that it allows to sumrnon and to integrate to the cornmunity in the decisive processes of the same one and to generate of her the necessary conditions for the preservation and conservation of the environment sertle down and for therefore of the water, as elementary fundamental and decisive in the survival of the alive beings of the planet.
