Santa Rosa Citadel is an urbanization of the city of Bogota D.C, in which throughout its years many events have happened that have altered its social and territorial order. One of the reasons for these alterations has to do with the arrival and departure of the population at certain times between 1994 (the year in which this urban project was born) and 2014, justified by the multiple changes in the physical and social structure of the Citadel. Modifications occurred in this neighborhood since the arrival of its first inhabitants, after this, a series of situations managed to converge in this same space to the first residents as well as to displaced population by the Colombian internal conflict, reinserted of guerilla groups and population in conditions of social vulnerability. From this case, this article try to visualize how the migratory dynamics of man has managed to transform radically the socio- spatial structure of a small urban environment, as well as its own habitability and territorial control. Being located in a peripheral zone of southeastern Bogotá, the Santa Rosa Citadel presents itself as an important study scenario to understand the contemporary urban configuration of the cities of Latin America. Conflicts over the control of the territory and the problems that would trigger by the quality of the dwellings are themes that will be mentioned in the present work.
